Mary from Mexico City wants to know, how many fat quarters does it take to make a queen size quilt? King size?
Fabric amounts always depend on the pattern that you are working with. However we have found that generally you will need 30 fat quarters for a Queen size quilt and 48 fat quarters for a King size quilt.
Kevin from Minnesota is wondering, what can be done with a charm square other than using it as a 5” square.
Moda has put together a really nice guide to cutting char squares into various size shapes, including triangles.
